Harrison Bergman Esq.

Harrison T. Bergman is a dedicated family law attorney with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate complex legal and emotional challenges. Born and raised in South Florida, Harrison is deeply committed to serving the community where he grew up.

After earning his undergraduate degree from Tufts University, Harrison returned to Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor. He has been practicing law since 2010, developing a strong foundation in civil litigation, real estate transactions, and family law.

In 2020, Harrison founded Bergman Family Law to focus exclusively on family law matters. There, he built a reputation for providing compassionate, results-driven representation to clients facing divorce, custody disputes, and other sensitive family issues.

In December 2024, Harrison joined Fischler, Friedman, & Bennett, P.A., a respected South Florida firm known for its excellence in family law. This move allowed him to expand his practice and collaborate with highly regarded family law attorneys Howard Friedman and Lisa Bennett, combining their decades of experience with his own client-centered approach.

Harrison takes pride in assisting clients through divorce and child-related matters, offering not just legal guidance, but personal support during some of life’s most difficult moments. He has been able to marry his deep knowledge of the law with a genuine passion for helping families move forward with dignity, clarity, and confidence.

When he’s not practicing law, Harrison enjoys spending time with his own family — including his wife and two children — and values the balance that his personal life brings to his work with families in transition.
