Partner Michael A. Fischler began his career as a Broward County Assistant State Attorney and later became the Assistant State Attorney in Charge of the Economic Crime, Consumer Fraud and Civil Division. Upon entering private practice, he represented businesses and individual clients in a variety of areas, including criminal defense, litigation, family law, and business litigation.

Mr. Fischler is frequently called upon by judges and other attorneys to act as a third-party neutral. He is certified as a mediator in both the family and circuit courts of Florida, and he is also a qualified arbitrator. He is an effective, straightforward attorney respected for his ability to analyze and assess legal issues and negotiate favorable resolutions.

Partner Howard S. Friedman has a complimentary style that ensures the effective representation of all firm clients. A fearless trial attorney, Mr. Friedman utilizes his understanding and proficiency in family and domestic law to his client's best advantage.

Resolvable matters are settled rather than wastefully litigated, and true controversies are pursued in court for maximum recovery by an attorney whose confidence before judges and juries has resulted in multiple courtroom victories.
